Man, stuck on "Small World" for an hour is suing Disney…

Jose Martinez claims that he was stranded on Disneyland’s “it’s a small world” attraction for 40 minutes when it stalled. Martinez, a quadriplegic, states that the other passengers were evacuated from the ride before he was. Martinez is suing Disneyland for negligence, emotional distress and liability. He claims that the Americans with Disabilities Act has been violated because the park didn’t have a plan in place to properly evacuate disabled passengers from the attraction. Martinez says that while stalled on the ride, his blood pressure spike and Disney employees didn’t call paramedics for him. Disneyland released a statement saying that it is “accessible to all guests and has procedure in place for evacuating disabled customers.”

People are so greedy…  I’m sure those cast members were doing their best.  I’ve been stuck on rides at Disney before and eventhough its a wait, they’re always curtious and helpful.
